Work Philosophy
When it comes to sex and intimacy, we get a lot of messages from the people around us and from society in general about what is right and wrong. I encourage my clients to question those messages and decide on the narrative that fits best for their lives.
Therapy should be a safe space, where clients feel welcome, free to share, and are able to be themselves. I take a collaborative approach to therapy which allows the client to go at their own pace and comfort level.
Personal Interests
Kristen is originally from Ohio and has been in North Carolina for over 15 years. In her free time she enjoys all things crafty, being out in nature, and spending time with her partner and their fur babies.
