Our Mission

Carolina Sexual Wellness Center is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit, dedicated to making sex therapy accessible and affordable for all. Our team of specialized therapists offers therapy services to individuals and couples across North Carolina, addressing concerns related to sex, sexuality, and gender. Beyond therapy, we also train the next generation of sex therapists and offer educational resources to support our community.

CSWC is an affirming organization that recognizes all sexual orientations, gender identities, relationship structures, and consensual modes of sexual expression.

We are unabashedly sex-positive and unequivocally supportive of the rights of Trans folks. We believe intimacy is normal, potentially healthy, and serves as a baseline for connection with self and others. We understand how systemic oppression impacts individuals and society, and we integrate that awareness into everything we do. We are realistic and practical, and we care about what actually works for the people we serve.

Looking For Sex Therapy?

Many people feel overwhelmed trying to navigate concerns related to sex, sexuality, gender identity, or relationships. It can be hard to find a therapist who is truly comfortable talking about those topics.

At Carolina Sexual Wellness Center, these conversations are what we do. Our therapists have specialized training and experience helping people understand what’s happening, explore what they want, navigate challenges, and build healthier and more fulfilling relationships with themselves and others.
