(she/her)
Jasmine is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who has a passion for helping individuals and couples/partners reconnect with themselves. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Social Work from Western Carolina University and a Master’s in Social Work from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte.
Jasmine has had the privilege of working in a variety of diverse settings, including a college counseling center, where she supported young adults navigating identity development while balancing family and societal expectations, and a child advocacy center, where she provided therapeutic support to children impacted by sexual abuse and their families.
She also has extensive experience in couples/partners counseling, including LGBTQIA+ and polyamorous relationships, and is passionate about offering poly-affirmative support to individuals and partner groups.
Raised in deeply Christian and conservative environments as an African American woman, Jasmine understands firsthand how cultural and religious norms can shape—and sometimes restrict—how individuals view their identities. These experiences have inspired her commitment to support others as they heal, grow, and embrace their full selves.
Jasmine sees clients exclusively via telehealth and currently is able to see clients on an out of network or self pay basis.
“There’s no healing in hiding. Your truth, your joy, and your sexuality deserve the light.”

Working with Jasmine
I believe everyone deserves a safe, supportive space to explore their sexuality, gender identity, and relationships without shame. My work is grounded in the belief that pleasure, expression, and self-discovery are vital to the human experience, and that everyone deserves the opportunity to live in alignment with their values, desires, and authentic self. My goal is to empower clients — especially those from conservative and marginalized communities — to embark on a journey toward acceptance, self-discovery, and understanding.
My therapeutic approach is eclectic and tailored to meet your needs. I draw from cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT), creative expression techniques, and the Gottman Method for couples work.
Whether you’re seeking healing, clarity, or transformation, I am here to walk alongside you with authenticity, empathy, and compassion—while gently challenging you to grow into the best version of yourself.
Personal Interests
When I’m not in session, you’ll find me immersed in creative projects—anything from DIY home décor to making yarn tapestries and diamond art. I love being near water and enjoy swimming, tubing, and hiking to waterfalls. I’m also an avid reader of both fantasy and nonfiction books.
